Cannes 2021: Titane is the Golden Palm winner!

TITANE, by French director Julia Ducournau won the Golden Palm at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival. Ducournau's second feature stars Vincent Lindon and newcomer Agathe Rousselle. Ducournau went back to Cannes five years after her debut film, "Raw" (Grave), was presented at Critics' Week, where it won the FIPRESCI Prize.

TITANE was awarded by Cannes jury president Spike Lee, along with jurors Mati Diop, Mylène Farmer
Maggie Gyllenhaal, Jessica Hausner, Mélanie Laurent, Kleber Mendonça Filho,Tahar Rahim, and 
Song Kang-ho. 

Official Synopsis: 
Following a series of unexplained crimes, a father is reunited with the son who has been missing for 10 years. Titane : A metal highly resistant to heat and corrosion, with high tensile strength alloys.
